Saskatchewan / North Dakota
M asking what he can do, and said looking out the windows is boring, south of Saskatchewan 🤣. But there is giant cylos and trains, houses, powerless, cylos in far distances.
You know where people say you can see dog run for miles in Saskatchewan. This is VERY true in far south Saskatchewan.
R And M did end up playing I spy. They found stuff to Spy.
We have moved on from M saying "are we there yet" to "what can I do."
We have arrived. Turn right!!
Could you imagine you do all that and turn left. Haha.
How come when we moms have a snack it becomes EVERYONE else's but yours? Finally found my Bugles.
Burlington oldest town in the county we stopped for gas and there was this giant gushing water flow down the street where we learned about momentum/physics sending leafs down and watching them zoom down so fast, while chasing after them to keep up to them.
Then we found a playground at the local school, so spent 5 minutes playing wearing off bunch up energy for the six year old.
Love these road trips. The unexpected parts.
There is zero snow in North Dakota. Lots of puddles though.
North Dakota and Saskatchewan is very similar in landscape.
• lots of cylos
• flat land for miles
• endless farm land
Were in the world of Dollar General, best dollar store in the whole world. Everything is $1. Picked up a crossword puzzle book, R and M are working together, taking turns. The end goal may be tablet time since it is the last hour of our trip for the day.
Difference: There are multiple little towns we pass through so that is a nice scenery break than open field, endless of nothing.
Can't wait till we get on the interstate.
